Another Hot Festival!

Another Hot Festival!

The third annual Louisiana Cajun-Zydeco Festival, presented in conjunction with the French Market’s Creole Tomato Festival and the Louisiana Seafood Festival, was held June 13-14 to great acclaim. Yes, it was hot out there, but that didn’t stop the dancers. Rosie Ledet (pictured), Terrance Simien, BeauSoleil, the Lost Bayou Ramblers and many others kept the crowds moving. Check out our photo gallery.

Down By the Riverside

Down By the Riverside

Our Down By the Riverside concert series continued on June 13 with a free show by Lafayette singer-songwriter Zachary Richard. The waterfront setting at Woldenberg Riverfront Park was the perfect place to enjoy the twilight serenade. See more pictures in our photo gallery.
