A fund-raising concert to support the Don Jamison Heritage School of Music, a free after-school music program of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation.

Celebrate the students and faculty of the Don Jamison Heritage School of Music - a free, after-school program that for 19 years has taught the youth of the New Orleans are the fundamentals of jazz performance.
Our outstanding young musicians will perform, as will groups comprised by our all-star faculty, including: Edward "Kidd" Jordan, Edward Anderson, Kent Jordan, Brent Rose, Jonathan Bloom, Leah Chase, Jesse McBride, Brian Quezergue, Geoff Clapp and Peter Harris
. In addition to door prizes, a raffle of collectible items and a delicious pot-luck dinner, patrons will have an opportunity to learn more about the Heritage School of Music, and to meet the faculty, students and families involved with the program.
The Winterland of Jazz concert is a fund-raising event organized by the Friends of the Heritage School of Music, a support group led by parents of our students.
