The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation's Jazz Journey concert series salutes the late Alvin "Red" Tyler with a concert entitled, "Simply Red." Sharing the songs and stories that made Red a New Orleans original will be an all-star cast including Germaine Bazzle, Clyde Kerr, Jr., Steve Masakowski, John Vidacovich, Albert June Gardner, Chris Severin, Ed Perkins, Thaddeus Richard, Roderick Paulin, David Torkanowsky and more.
Presented by the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation and co-sponsored by Republic National Distributing Company, the Louisiana Division of the Arts and Storyville.
