An exclusive hospitality oasis for Sync Up conference registrants.

Dear Sync Up Registrants:

Everything starts on Friday – Jazz Fest, the Sync Up conference and all of New Orleans exploding with music.

Now, here is some lagniappe – a little something extra.

While at Jazz Fest, please enjoy the hospitality area we have organized exclusively for participants in the Sync Up conference.

It will be open every day of the festival from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. It will provide a cool respite with air conditioning, comfy chairs, real bathrooms and complimentary beverages (beer and water).

The Sync Up hospitality area is located on the third floor of the Grandstand building. To access it, take the elevator to the third floor. Or take the stairs to the Alison Miner Music Heritage Stage (which is on the second floor), then look for us along the walk-way behind the bleachers. You won’t miss it.

Please note that the Sync Up hospitality area is only open to those who have registered for the Sync Up conference and have their conference credential.

So please, when you’re out at the festival, take a moment to relax and chat with our colleagues and friends. We’ll be waiting for you.
