New Orleans under Reconstruction, the Crisis of PlanningForty panelists who work locally and nationally, and who represent a broad variety of approaches (urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, political science, theology, sociology, psychology, geology, ethics, geography, citizen activism),will explore the progress in rebuilding the city that has been made, the obstacles yet to overcome, and future visions for the city.
The goal of the conference is to promote dialogue as New Orleanians consider the city's new draft master plan and the upcoming mayoral race. The city's future, as you know, is at stake!
